Hot Fluorine Defrost Air Cooler Evaporator for Cold Storage
products description
Technologically, the hot fluorine defrost system operates by circulating heated refrigerant through the evaporator coils. This process effectively melts any frost or ice buildup, ensuring that the evaporator maintains its heat exchange efficiency. The use of fluorine as a refrigerant is particularly advantageous due to its low environmental impact and high thermal conductivity, which allows for rapid heat transfer. This results in quicker defrost cycles and less energy consumption compared to conventional systems.
F- series hot fluorine defrost air coolers are divided into three series: F-RD, F-RL and F-RJ types, used differently as evaporators in medium temperature, high-temperature, and low-temperature cold storages.
Product Details
The hot fluorine defrost Air Cooler needs to be used with the refrigeration compressor unit. According to the required storage temperature, the corresponding air cooler should be selected.
F-RL product is suitable for cold storage with a storage temperature from -5°C to 5°C ( 23 ~41 °F), and can store fresh foods, vegetables and other items;
F-RD products are suitable for cold storage with a storage temperature from -15 to -25°C, ( 5 ~ -13 °F)suitable for freezing/refrigerated beef, mutton, fish, and seafood.
F-RJ products are suitable for cold storage with a storage temperature of -25°C to -40°C ( -13 ~ -40 °F), and are mainly used For quick-frozen poultry, seafood, dairy products, etc.
