Frequently Asked Questions
Q What is the difference between E-DD, E-DL, and E-DJ electric defrost air coolers?
The three series are designed for different temperature ranges. E-DL is for medium-temperature cold storage (-5°C to 5°C), ideal for fresh foods and vegetables. E-DD is for low-temperature storage (-15°C to -25°C), suitable for freezing meat and seafood. E-DJ is for ultra-low temperature storage (-25°C to -40°C), used for quick-frozen poultry, dairy products, and seafood.
Q What refrigerants are compatible with the E-series electric defrost air coolers?
The E-series air coolers are compatible with a range of refrigerants including R404A, R507A, and R22, among others. Please consult our team to confirm the best refrigerant option for your specific application and regional regulations.
Q What installation and blowing types are available for the E-series air coolers?
The E-series air coolers support both ceiling-mounted and floor-stand installation types. Ceiling-mounted options include Oblique Side Blow, Standard Side Blow, and Double Side Blow. Floor-stand options include Standard Top Blow and Vertical Side Blow, providing flexibility for various cold storage layouts.
Q Does the electric defrost air cooler require a separate refrigeration compressor unit?
Yes, the E-series electric defrost air cooler must be used in conjunction with a refrigeration compressor unit. The appropriate air cooler model should be selected based on the required storage temperature and the capacity of the compressor unit being used.
Q Can the cabinet color and fin type of the air cooler be customized?
Yes, the steel plate cabinet with plastic spray finish supports custom color options. Additionally, multiple aluminum foil fin types are available, including standard light foil and blue hydrophilic aluminum foil, with other types available upon request.
Q What evaporating area range is available, and how do I choose the right model?
The HT-ED series covers evaporating areas from 10 m² up to 670 m², accommodating a wide range of cold storage sizes. Model selection should be based on the required storage temperature (J/D/L type), installation method, fan motor preference (MaEr or EBM), and fin type.
