PIR Sandwich Panel: High-Pressure Foaming Process + 15-Year Long-Term Insulation
The B1-grade high-density PIR Sandwich Panel in this order adopt raw materials from Wanhua Yantai. Their advantage lies in the independent research and development of high-pressure foaming process by the company - a mainstream global environmental protection insulation solution nowadays. Meanwhile, the boards are produced through high-temperature and high-pressure foaming, with a density of ≥40kg/m³ and a thermal conductivity of λ≤0.022W/(m·K). Under the working condition of -40℃ to 5℃, they have stable insulation performance and excellent corrosion resistance, which can provide cold storage with structural stability for more than 15 years and reduce annual energy consumption compared with traditional boards.



Customized Air Coolers: Two Models Adapting to Different Cold Storages, Achieving Dual Breakthroughs in Energy Saving and Low Consumption
Two customized high-efficiency air coolers are available, with models HT-DD-200 and HT-DJ-260 respectively.
- Both models are equipped with the independently designed heat exchange structure of "hydrophilic aluminum foil fins + inner grooved copper tubes". The fin spacing is precisely controlled, and combined with the design of inner grooved copper tubes, the heat exchange efficiency is improved compared with conventional models in the industry.
- The air coolers adopt external rotor motors, which are directly embedded in the air cooler impellers and condenser fan components. Power direct transmission can be realized without additional transmission mechanisms. With the cooperation of noise-reducing bearings and sealed casings, the vibration of the motor during operation is reduced, thereby lowering the overall noise of the air coolers.
- Better energy consumption performance: The energy consumption of both air cooler models is reduced. Among them, HT-DD-200 has a cooling capacity of 38,550 W under the large air volume of 30,000 m³/h; the air volume of HT-DJ-260 is 2,000 m³/h, and the cooling capacity reaches 42,800 W.

Air-Cooled Condensers: High-Efficiency Heat Exchange
Two high-efficiency heat exchange air-cooled condensers are provided, with models FVB-300 and FVB-400 respectively.
- The shell of FVB condenser is generally made of high-quality steel plates, which are treated with surface plastic spraying. This not only ensures corrosion resistance but also makes the overall appearance neat and attractive.
- Unique V-type arrangement design: The V-type design enables the condenser to have a larger windward area, allowing air to flow through all parts of the condenser more evenly and efficiently.
- High-quality hydrophilic aluminum foil fins greatly improve the corrosion resistance of the condenser, while maintaining high heat exchange efficiency and extending the service life of the condenser.
- The two models are adapted to different refrigeration loads respectively: FVB-300 has an evaporation area of 300 ㎡, an air volume of 850 m³/h, and a power of 10,800 W; FVB-400 has an evaporation area of 400 ㎡, an air volume of 825 m³/h, and a power of 10,500 W.
Full-Process Quality Control + Customized Services, Ensuring Efficient Order Fulfillment
To ensure the safe delivery of products, the company has launched a special control process, with production, quality inspection, and logistics departments coordinating the preparations:
The production department gives priority to allocating the PIR Mechanized Boards production line and the assembly line of the two-piece (evaporator and condenser) workshop, and strictly implements the workshop requirements;
Technical personnel supervise key links such as foaming process parameters and air cooler fins in real time;
The quality inspection link conducts quality testing on air coolers and condensers.
During transportation, packaging materials such as foam boards, stretch films, anti-collision cotton, and wooden boxes are used, and container reinforcement is carried out during loading to ensure that the equipment is free from deformation and damage during long-distance.
