YSHT offers one-stop cold chain solutions for customer

Recently, Shaanxi YSHT successfully completed the delivery of a complete set of customized project for customer, including condensing unit, cold storage door and PUR polyurethane cam-lock sandwich panels. YSHT offers a one-stop service to meet customers' cold chain storage needs.

To ensure the subsequent advancement of the project, YSHT team conducted on-site surveys, and designed an efficient refrigeration solution based on the customer's storage scale, cargo categories and energy consumption requirements. In the project, the sliding cold storage door is equipped with an aluminum alloy frame and double-layer sealing strips. This design effectively blocks the exchange of heat and cold. The customized air cooler/evaporator is equipped with frequency conversion technology, according to the customer's storage temperature requirements. The air cooler/evaporator is used with the matching condensing unit to achieve on-demand cooling and significant energy saving. The cold storage panel adopts the PUR polyurethane cam-lock sandwich panel independently developed by YSHT. The PUR polyurethane cam-lock sandwich panel uses polyurethane foam as the core material. The polyurethane foam has low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation performance, strong pressure resistance, not easy to deform and low water absorption. The interface of the PUR polyurethane cam-lock sandwich panel uses a cam-lock to connect tightly, which is simple and convenient to install. So that, the PUR polyurethane cam-lock sandwich panel is usually suitable for various small cold storages.

 

Q: The market for building insulation materials is so fierce, why does YSHT sandwich panel stand out and become the "favorite" of many projects? What strength does it have to "attract fans"?

A: In terms of raw materials, YSHT uses high-quality materials from Yantai Wanhua. By subjecting the raw materials to high-pressure foaming and molding, PUR and PIR Sandwich Panels are pruduced. PUR ispolyurethane foam, which has low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation performance, strong pressure resistance, not easy to deform and low water absorption. It is currently widely used in the insulation structure of cold storage. PIR, obtained by modifying polyisocyanurate foam, is one of the best performing materials for sandwich panels at present. It has lower thermal conductivity and better fire resistance.

Q: So what is the difference between PIR and PUR?

A:

1.Better fire resistance

Polyurethane PUR foam can reach B2 level by adding flame retardants;

PIR can reach B1 level by concentration adjustment and technical formula.

2.Better thermal insulation performance

PUR thermal conductivity is generally 0.024-0.026W/m.K;

PIR can be as low as 0.019-0.022W/m.K.

3.Density and bulk density

Compared with PUR, PIR density can reach 43kg/m³, up to 50kg/m³.

4.Wider temperature range

The PIR foam working temperature range can reach -196℃ to +205℃.
