Recently, Shaanxi YSHT successfully completed the customized delivery of 4,500 square meters of PIR Insulation Sandwich panels and cold storage doors for a local project, which is used for the freezing and refrigeration of vegetables and fruits cold storage rooms.

PIR (polyisocyanurate) is the most important insulation material for cold storage. Compared with traditional polyurethane foam (PUR), it has significant core advantages:
●PIR: thermal conductivity is as low as ≤0.022W/m·K, maximizing thermal insulation effect and greatly reducing project energy consumption costs;

The customized Pir Panels for thiscold storage project have an effective width of 1120mm, with density precisely controlled at 40±2kg/m³ and compressive strength ≥120Kpa.
The thickness can be customized as needed, with options ranging from 50-250mm, adapting to a wide temperature difference of 25-70℃. The door panels are made of high-quality materials, paired with pressure-resistant sealing strips, featuring excellent sealing performance to reduce cold air leakage; low-temperature storage doors can also be equipped with heating wires to prevent door frames from freezing, ensuring stable operation in -80℃ environments and maintaining constant temperature inside cold storage.
