YSHT Successfully Delivers Customized 3,800㎡ Cold Storage Solution for Chili Peppers
Recently,YSHT has successfully customized a professional chili pepper cold storage facility for a large-scale 3,800㎡ site.The project includes tailored PIR Insulation Sandwich Panels,cold storage doors,and subsequent installation,with a high-precision refrigeration solution to meet the stringent requirements of chili storage-once again demonstrating YSHT's technical strength in the agricultural product cold chain sector.
The core of this customized chili cold storage adopts 15cm B1 class fire resistant PIR sandwich panels,with high-end brand color-coated steel sheets used for the panel surfaces.The high-strength and corrosion-resistant panels enhance the pressure-bearing capacity,stability,and service life of the cold storage panels.This material boasts excellent thermal insulation performance,effectively blocking external temperature fluctuations and creating a stable low-temperature storage environment for chili preservation.The high-density foaming process of the polyurethane sandwich layer ensures the thermal insulation effect of the storage structure, while the surface layer provides the facility with outstanding corrosion resistance and pressure resistance, adapting to possible temperature changes during chili storage.
In terms of door configuration,YSHT customized four sliding doors and two semi-buried doors based on the scale and usage needs.The sliding doors feature a large-span design,facilitating batch loading and unloading chili peppers with smooth and efficient opening/closing operations. These doors use PUR insulation materials paired with pressure-resistant sealing strips, achieving excellent sealing performance to reduce cold air leakage. The semi-buried doors, on the other hand, cater to the refined management requirements of local areas, with good sealing performance to precisely control temperatures in specific storage zones.
As an agricultural product sensitive to storage environments, chili peppers are prone to mildew, dehydration, and other issues due to temperature fluctuations. Through customized storage structure and door configuration, YSHT has controlled the internal temperature fluctuation within a range of ±5℃, which can maximize the extension of chili freshness and reduce storage losses.
